Mattress Warranty

MATTRESS WARRANTY 15-YEAR MATTRESS WARRANTY 

Beginning on the date of purchase, your new IAdjust Sleep Solutions 

Mattress, is covered by a 15-year warranty against manufacturer defects, and a ¾" body impression. (the “Mattress Warranty”). 

This Mattress Warranty extends to the original purchaser of the 

Mattress and extends to all mattresses purchased directly from 

IAdjust Sleep Solutions Mattress,(“IAdjust Sleep Solutions Mattress”). 

The “original purchaser” for the purposes of this Mattress Warranty is 

the first purchaser of the Mattress from IAdjust Sleep Solutions 

Mattress (Or Authorized dealer). This Mattress Warranty is not 

transferable and applies only to a mattress purchased from IAdjust 

Sleep Solutions or an Authorized dealer by the original purchaser. 

IAdjust Sleep Solutions Mattress warrants the Mattress against 

defects in material and workmanship set forth below (“Defects”) for a 

period of 15 years. If your Mattress has a defect covered under this 

Mattress Warranty.

Adjustable Base Warranty

20 Year Limited Warranty 

Your new adjustable base has a 20 year limited warranty, subject to the terma nd conditions set forth herein. 

The purchaser must show original proof of purchase for warranty to be valid.  The decision for repair of replacement of defective parts under this limited warranty is the option and sole discretion of the manufacturer. 

Years 1-3: Full Coverage; parts and labor 

Theis adjustable base is warranted by the manufacturer against defects and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase.  During this time the manufacturer will repair or replace, at no cost to the original purchaser, any warranted parts found to be defective by the manufacturer.  To request service during this time, please call 1-855-801-2839 for assistance.  Please have your original invoice ready when you call. 

Years 4-20: Full Coverage of Mechanical Parts (replacement) 

During the years 4-20 the manufacturer will offer mechanical replacement parts for any mechanical base parts to be found defective at 1/16 of the current replacement parts multiplied by the number of years from the original purchase date. 

The manufacturer LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE MECHANICAL PARTS ONLY.  This does not include fabrics, electrical, components, lift motors, massage motors or wood components. 

The purchaser is responsible for all transportation costs for parts and installation labor related to the delivery and replacement of the defective parts. 

Additional Terms and conditions 

THIS WARRANTY IS VOID AND DOES NOT APPLY IF: 

ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY USER 

ANY DAMAGE OCCURED WHILE MOVING OR MISHANDLING 

EXCEEDS THE LOAD CAPACITY OF THE BASE. 

Repair or replacement of adjustable base parts will be the sole remedy of the purchaser.  There shall be no liability on the part of the manufacturer, its respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions or affiliates for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages other damage, claims or loss not expressly covered by the terms of this limited warranty.
